No Employment Relationship
PTB Contract Exchange does not hire, recruit, or place individuals into employment positions. Submission of this form does not create any employment, contractor, or agency relationship.

Participation within the framework occurs exclusively through incorporated operating companies as outlined in the Business Structure Framework.

Optional Capital Support
Where applicable and subject to separate evaluation, incorporated entities operating within the framework may apply for structured capital support under the Capital Support Line of Credit.
